Description Undated letter to Miss Edith L. Worman signed by W.E. Larned, Col., Ordnance Department, Commanding, Picatinny Arsenal stating that the conclusion of the war has resulted in a "...reduction in Picatinny Arsenal's work load and as a result it is necessary to separate many employees who have rendered loyal, faithful and efficient service." The letter concludes: "...if there is any service we can render incidental to obtaining employment for you elsewhere, our Civilian Personnel Office is eager and willing to aid."
