It was an interesting interview, because I was a bit nervous, but he put me at ease, because after five minutes of asking me questions, he spent the rest of the time asking me what I wanted to know about the college, and what I would like to do for the college as a founding member, if I got hired. So I felt very comfortable, and two weeks later I had a contract in the mail."
