"Gene Hanley, in the English class, used to give us thirty words a week, on a Monday, and by the end of the week we were expected to use them in a sentence. And I remember a lot of the younger kids hated it. They just hated it. They look at it as torture. But I loved it, I've always been interested in vocabulary."
