Materials accepted for the
archives include records or evidence, no matter the format,
that will serve to document the history of CCM, its faculty,
students, and staff. Those materials may include but
are not limited to:
- minutes of meetings
- correspondence
- official reports
- catalogs and bulletins
- special publications
- student, staff, and faculty
publications
- records of staff, faculty,
and student organizations
- newspaper clippings
- photographs and video
programs
- graduation and other
memorabilia
- appropriate materials from
the alumni and the Board of Trustees
Items added to the archives
include only materials pertaining to CCM, or to its faculty,
staff, students, or alumni. |
