"An acquaintance of my dad, who he played golf with, was a fellow named Jim Gilsenen. My father mentioned to me that Jim Gilsenen was the new dean of academic affairs at a new county college that was going to start up in Morris County. I reached out to Jim Gilsenen who actually decided to meet with me at my folks' house, and interviewed me for the position here. "
