"One very pleasant problem of being close with the students and faculty- and I think being young at the time, too, close to the students' age- was that everybody got to know everybody very well. When it was found out that I'd just gotten my driver's license- was getting it- this made the front page of the newspaper. That went around school like wildfire, of course, and I paid the piper for that bit of news. But it was a very pleasant, funny experience."
